With a background in law enforcement and private security, Jack has conducted deep-cover infiltrations, corporate penetration tests, and advanced surveillance assignments on behalf of clients in the defense, technology, and financial sectors. His approach combines disciplined operational planning with adaptive field execution, enabling VORDR to solve complex security challenges discreetly and effectively.

Chief Executive Officer
Gregory A. Nelson brings over 25 years of leadership in privacy, protection, and preparedness to his role as CEO of VORDR International. A recognized expert in corporate and personal security, Greg has built value-driven strategies for Fortune 500 companies, high-risk environments, and complex operational landscapes across both public and private sectors.
As an original member of Microsoft’s Executive Security Team, he played a foundational role in safeguarding senior leadership at one of the world’s most influential companies. His career includes directing security for Marchex, managing specialized medical protection training programs, and advising on strategic risk disciplines including disaster planning and business continuity.
In addition to leading VORDR’s global strategy and operations, Greg serves as a trusted mentor to the company’s founder, providing guidance in executive leadership, strategic thinking, and public engagement to help shape the next generation of leadership in the private intelligence and protection space.

Chief Human Capital and Risk Officer
Peter S. Gerard is a globally experienced C-suite executive with over 20 years of success guiding human capital, compliance, and enterprise risk strategy across multinational corporations and private equity-backed ventures. He has advised boards and CEOs throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, consistently delivering cultural transformation and operational results.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative & People Officer at Hyosung America, Peter led all HR, compliance, and administrative operations. His leadership launched enterprise-wide programs such as “Hyosung Edge”, drove successful M&A integrations including Hyosung Solutions Mexico, and improved performance across engagement, compliance, and cost reduction.
His prior roles include VP of HR and Chief Compliance Officer at United Allergy Services, where he scaled HR infrastructure during national expansion, and VP of HR at Team Car Care, where his turnaround efforts supported M&A and helped double EBITDA. He also led workforce modernization initiatives at Dallas Market Center and Sodexo USA, negotiating union contracts and aligning talent with business growth.
As Chief Human Capital and Risk Officer at VORDR, Peter shapes global talent strategy, enterprise risk posture, and organizational readiness—supporting the firm’s mission across high-security and intelligence environments.
Peter serves on several boards and is active in professional networks including SHRM, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the National Organization on Disabilities. He is known for people-first leadership, cross-cultural insight, and strategic execution at scale.


Director of Global Intelligence
Carmen Lorenzo serves as VORDR’s Director of Global Intelligence, leading the organization’s international intelligence operations with a strategic focus on threat prevention, civilian protection, and psychological operations. A specialist in both HUMINT and OSINT, Carmen has conducted high-risk missions across multiple continents, including the extraction of minors and non-combatants from active war zones.
Her expertise spans behavioral profiling through graphoanalysis, military personnel vetting, and multilingual field operations across satellite and regional dialects. Carmen plays a central role in the planning and management of sensitive diplomatic meetings, multinational coordination efforts, and real-time crisis response in complex environments.
A certified hostage negotiator and seasoned operative in military and logistics negotiations, she also provides trauma-informed support as a Transactional Analysis Counselor and EMDR specialist, ensuring operational resilience and psychological stability for deployed teams.

Chief of Operations
Tomer Israeli is a decorated veteran of Israeli Special Operations and intelligence services, bringing over 20 years of tactical and operational leadership to VORDR. A former Captain in the Israeli Army Special Forces and operative with Shin Bet (Israel’s internal security service), Tomer began his service in Sayeret Matkal—Israel’s elite counter-terror and hostage rescue unit—later commanding a reconnaissance team within Unit Yachmam.
During the Second Lebanon War, he led high-risk missions behind enemy lines, and was later hand-selected by Shin Bet for advanced protective training, ultimately serving as Executive Protection Team Leader at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C.
In 2011, Tomer founded the Israeli Tactical School, an internationally respected training academy specializing in executive protection, counter-terrorism, and covert operations. His programs have trained personnel from over 45 agencies including U.S. Army Special Forces, Secret Service, FBI, Delta Force, French RAID, Swiss G7, and others.

Thomas Haderlie, A U.S. Army Psychological Operations (PSYOP) veteran with over a decade of experience in high-level operational leadership, intelligence coordination, and strategic influence. He has played a central role in numerous covert investigations and mission-critical projects across military and private intelligence domains, specializing in psychological warfare, threat analysis, and clandestine fieldwork.
As Vice President of Operations at VORDR, he oversees all tactical deployments, manages global protective strategies, and ensures operational continuity across complex environments. His expertise in risk mitigation, behavioral influence, and interagency coordination reinforces VORDR’s ability to deliver decisive outcomes in high-risk scenarios. As Co-Founder and Client Risk and Response Director, Dylan Cardenas brings over six years of operational experience in corrections and private security. His frontline exposure to high-risk environments enables him to anticipate and neutralize threats with a calm, tactical approach—making him an invaluable asset to VORDR’s clients.
Dylan's background in correctional facilities and private sector protection has honed his expertise in behavioral threat analysis, high-pressure containment, and proactive security response. He plays a critical role in designing client-specific risk mitigation protocols and ensuring VORDR’s protective operations remain adaptable, fast, and discreet. Director of Special Projects
Falon Muffaletto is a highly disciplined protection specialist with a distinguished background in both law enforcement and the U.S. military. As a former Military Police Officer and Field Sergeant, she brings years of operational experience in tactical security, high-risk threat mitigation, and executive protection across diverse and complex environments.
Her expertise spans protective operations, critical incident response, crisis management, and threat assessment, having led security teams in both domestic and international deployments. She is proficient in defensive tactics, firearms, and active shooter mitigation, and is known for her ability to execute under pressure with precision and control.
Falon holds a Secret Security Clearance and maintains multiple professional credentials including LEOSA/HR-218, Armed D & G Security License, Tennessee Armed License, and VA CCW. She also possesses advanced tactical certifications that support her ability to lead specialized operations and rapid response initiatives.
As Director of Special Projects at VORDR, Falon oversees mission-critical initiatives requiring discreet execution, high-risk logistical planning, and elite tactical oversight. Her role bridges operational precision with strategic agility, ensuring VORDR’s most sensitive projects are executed with unmatched professionalism and discipline.

Kenneth Moussa-Kembe is a United States Marine Corps veteran and accomplished security professional with deep experience in executive protection, logistics coordination, and corporate security management. Over the course of his career, he has led operational planning, training, and protective programs impacting more than eighty thousand individuals, including foreign military students and international civilian personnel. His leadership spans a wide range of security environments and he is known for his calm under pressure, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex missions.
At VORDR, Mr Moussa-Kembe serves as President of Global Strategy and African Affairs. He oversees the firm’s expansion and diplomatic engagement across the African continent, building trusted relationships with government agencies, defense partners, and private-sector stakeholders. His understanding of regional dynamics and his ability to navigate both formal protocol and local cultures make him a valuable advisor to clients operating across Africa.
Kenneth is certified as a DCJS Personal Protection Specialist and brings a unique blend of military discipline, operational foresight, and cultural awareness. His professionalism and strong leadership make him a key figure in shaping VORDR’s international strategy, strengthening our partnerships, and supporting sovereign and ultra-high-net-worth clients in politically sensitive and high-risk regions.


President of European Affairs & Strategic Engagement
Originally from Spain, Maria Sancerni brings over a decade of international experience in private service for ultra high net worth individuals, corporate clients, and global estates.
Her career spans a broad range of roles that combine operational leadership, discretion, and adaptability including working as a security supervisor at an Amazon data center where she managed a large team tasked with protecting one of the world’s most sensitive digital infrastructures.
She is formally trained as a flight attendant, yacht stewardess, and bodyguard and holds additional qualifications in luxury hospitality and estate management. Her deep understanding of human behavior, elite service standards, and risk mitigation makes her a key player in complex and sensitive operations.
Serving as VORDR'S President of European Affairs & Strategic Engagement, she serves as the primary liaison between clients and intelligence teams ensuring strategic alignment, flawless execution, and culturally precise communication at every level.

Strategic Legal Advisor
Jonathan O’Hara is an experienced and versatile attorney who brings exceptional legal expertise and strategic insight to Vordr International. As a trusted outside advisor to the company, he provides comprehensive guidance to support our mission of delivering specialized protective, investigative, litigation, and intelligence services worldwide. He works closely with our leadership and operational teams to ensure that risk mitigation strategies, compliance frameworks, and global security operations adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards.
Over the course of his career, he has handled complex criminal, civil, and administrative litigation as well as related investigations involving high-stakes disputes and sensitive issues for both individual and corporate clients. This diverse experience makes him uniquely qualified to navigate the legal challenges that arise in the private security sector, where matters of liability, privacy, use-of-force, and cross-jurisdictional compliance frequently intersect.
In addition to his litigation and investigation experience, he has developed other skills critical to supporting Vordr International’s mission, including risk assessment, policy drafting, and crisis response planning. His ability to synthesize complex legal frameworks with real-world operational needs ensures that our teams can operate decisively and responsibly across diverse environments, from executive protection to corporate investigations, threat intelligence and litigation support.
Advisory & Training Team


Strategic Advisor – Training & Special Operations Integration
Chuck Simpson is a highly decorated U.S. Army combat veteran with over two decades of service in some of the most elite military units in the world. His career began in 1979 and included key roles in the 82nd Airborne Division, Long Range Surveillance Detachment, 101st Airborne Division, and 11 years in Army Special Forces. He retired as a Master Sergeant in 1999.
During his military career, Mr. Simpson earned numerous commendations, including three Meritorious Service Medals, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, six Army Good Conduct Medals, the Combat Infantryman Badge, and both the Special Forces and Ranger Tabs. His operational experience spans mission planning, advanced surveillance, clandestine operations, and advisory work throughout Central and South America.
As a senior instructor for the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC), he authored and delivered specialized training on surveillance/counter-surveillance, elicitation, interviewing, and advanced covert operations.
Following his military retirement, Mr. Simpson built a second career in executive protection, investigations, and national security consulting. He provided surveillance and investigative services for Advantage Surveillance Inc., served as Area Security Manager for BP Oil operations in Colombia and Ecuador, and was later contracted by a U.S. government agency following the 9/11 attacks.
Mr. Simpson is a graduate of Executive Security International’s Advanced Executive Protection Program (with honors) and holds extensive certifications in tactical driving, self-defense, and firearms. In 2010, he was certified by the U.S. Department of State as an instructor in Protective Operations, Motorcade Security, Firearms, and Designated Defensive Marksmanship. He currently serves as a Military Advisor and Instructor to the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Training Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Florida.

Director of Training and Tactical Programs
Cliffton Paul brings over three decades of military, law enforcement, and instructional experience to his role as Director of Training and Tactical Programs at VORDR. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Paul served both stateside and overseas, including deployments aboard the USS Ranger (CV-61) during critical operations in the Persian Gulf and Central America. He continued his service during Operation Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle following the events of 9/11.
Following his military career, Mr. Paul served with a suburban Chicago police department where he specialized in patrol services, school safety as a DARE and School Resource Officer, and advanced instruction. He was appointed as a Defensive Tactics Instructor, Martial Arts Instructor, and Active Shooter Response Instructor. His expertise is backed by a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a Blue Belt in the combat discipline of Hom Do.
In 2005, Mr. Paul founded Ultimate Response, a specialized training firm, and has since become a respected authority in tactical instruction. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education and an additional graduate degree in Public Safety. Mr. Paul is a state-certified instructor for Texas License to Carry, as well as a certified Illinois Concealed Carry Instructor through the Illinois State Police.
At VORDR, he oversees the development and delivery of advanced training programs for personnel operating in high-risk environments, ensuring the highest standards of preparedness, tactical proficiency, and professional discipline.

Director of Digital Intelligence
Adel Dahani is a cybersecurity and digital intelligence leader with deep expertise in threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and defensive architecture. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, he has earned recognition for his work in cyber defense and intelligence operations, including multiple internal awards for innovation in security protocols and incident response excellence.
He has led high-stakes cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise and government-aligned environments, specializing in penetration testing, real-time incident management, and digital forensics. His strategic approach combines technical precision with proactive defense to identify and neutralize emerging digital threats.
In addition to his role at VORDR, Adel serves as CEO of AY Automate. At VORDR, he directs the development of advanced digital intelligence systems, including secure infrastructure, automated threat hunting, and integrated cyber surveillance platforms—ensuring the firm remains at the cutting edge of intelligence-driven security.

Marouane El Malhi is a highly accomplished engineer and artificial intelligence strategist with a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from ENSIAS, one of Morocco’s leading engineering institutions. With advanced technical proficiency in machine learning, semantic search, natural language processing, and large-scale data systems, he brings a research-driven, real-world-tested edge to VORDR’s intelligence infrastructure.
Marouane has published peer-reviewed work in applied AI, including high-accuracy retrieval-augmented generation systems and domain-specific BERT-based search engines.
